The company EKOCHEM cosmetics s.r.o., with its registered office at Brandýská 892, 27713 Kostelec nad Labem, IČO: 03288331, is registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert No. 229708 (hereinafter also “We”), as the administrator of the personal data, You as users and company customers using the webpage informs about the collection of personal data and privacy policy described below.
The controller processes personal data in accordance with the Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the European Council on the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (General Regulation of Personal Data Protection), Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data and the Act which will replace this Act in the sense of implementing the above regulation by Act No. 380/2004 Coll. On certain information service, by Act No. 127/2005 Coll., about electronic communication and other legislation governing the protection of personal data.
